Once we receive all the required essential details, our research specialists typically take 7 to 15 business days for results. In some cases, results may be provided the same day, up to 6 business days.
Results
We cannot guarantee any results, but we can assure you that our research specialists will conduct in-depth, comprehensive research for you.
Upon completion of thorough research where no results are found, a CoverScout Research specialist will respond to your email with those results.

Yes — on a case-by-case basis. This request requires further review. To initiate, email our general research inquiry team at info@coverscoutresearch.com with an estimated monthly volume to be considered.
Yes. A $780 minimum fee applies, in addition to any other associated fees pertaining to your special request. Email our research specialists service team at services@coverscoutresearch.com to begin your request.
Payment
Payments are accepted by check (no additional fees apply) and by credit/debit cards (a 4% processing fee applies) against CoverScout Research's general schedule and any additional add-on service pricing.
You will receive an invoice by email upon completion of a successful research request — either as an attachment (if paying by check) or a direct payment link (if paying by credit/debit card).
The terms are NET 10 days upon receiving the invoice via email.
